Iskut, in northwestern British Columbia, is a wonderful Taltahn First Nation community with a lovely church, Our Lady of Fatima, in the Diocese of Whitehorse.
With no resident priest or sister or lay animator for over ten years, the Bishop travels the 750 km-stretch every other month while Father Terry Brock from the Diocese of Prince George, in Terrace, B.C., comes up on the alternating months, so the folks have the opportunity to celebrate Mass, at least once a month.
