New edition of Roman Missal taking off in Yukon diocese

The Whitehorse Diocesan Pastoral staff gathered October 28 for an implementation workshop on the Third Edition of the Roman Missal with Sister Loretta Manzara. C.S.J., a liturgical and catechetical specialist.

Sister Loretta, a Sister of St. Joseph of London and a faculty member of St. Peter Seminary’s Institute for Catholic Formation, animated the day with enthusiasm and a rich knowledge of the liturgy of the Church. She also conducted a one-day workshop for laity hosted by Sacred Heart Cathedral on October 29.

Father Kieran Kilcommons, pastor of Mary House, and Father Ernest Emeka Emeodi, pastor of St. Mary’s parish in Dawson, share a coffee-break laugh.
